We email your prescription to you, along with an invoice you can submit to your medical aid for reimbursement.
PRICING
Simple, flat pricing.
The R299 fee covers the cost of reviewing and issuing your prescription. It is often less than most GP practices charge for the same service.
Your doctor reviews every request and decides whether to charge. If they choose not to, you won't be billed. Payment is only processed after approval.
You'll receive a full invoice with a tariff code by email alongside your prescription, so you can claim from your medical aid.

Things people usually ask.
How long will it take?
Most prescriptions are processed within 48 working hours. If your request is urgent, add a note in the form and call us after submitting. We'll do our best.
Will I always be charged?
Not necessarily. Your doctor reviews each request and decides whether a fee applies. Payment is only processed after approval.
Can you send the prescription to my pharmacy?
Yes. Add your pharmacy's email address in the form and we'll send the prescription to both you and them.
What if I don't want to pay online?
You can email us your request instead. We'll send banking details, but your prescription will only be processed once payment reflects, which can take significantly longer.
What if my medical aid doesn't cover the fee?
The invoice we send uses the correct tariff code for you to submit a claim. If your medical aid doesn't pay, the R299 remains your responsibility.
I have a new condition. Is this the right place?
No. For new conditions, rashes, or anything that hasn't been prescribed before, you'll need to book a face to face appointment.
