QUESTIONS
Things people usually ask.
What if Dr Orrey needs to see me in person?
In most cases, yes. Occasionally Dr Orrey will need better photos or ask you to come in. If that happens, your R699 is deducted from the in-person fee. You won't pay twice.
How long does it take to get an answer?
Within 48 working hours. If Dr Orrey feels it's urgent, she'll flag it and we'll contact you directly."
Will I always get a prescription?
Not always. If your condition needs one, yes. But sometimes the answer is a recommended over-the-counter product, or simply reassurance that it's nothing to worry about.
Can the prescription go straight to my pharmacy?
Yes. Add your pharmacy's email in the form and we'll send it directly to them.
I'm not sure if my concern qualifies. What should I do?
If it's something on your skin that's bothering you and it's not urgent, it almost certainly qualifies. Call us if you're unsure, we're happy to advise before you submit.
